About Our College

RHSC Chaplain

School Chaplain

There are various descriptions as to what a Chaplain is and does to be found
online. I see the role as one of relationship building by being a visible presence
throughout the school and college. As Chaplain I am available to both pupils and
staff for support and to talk - about anything and everything, as that is how
relationships are developed. I am one of a team of ministers who take part in
assemblies, R.E. lessons, as required, and pupil mentoring and enrichment.

In addition to being Chaplain to RHSC I am the Team Rector to the Reepham
and Wensum Valley Team of Churches as well as having a Chaplaincy role for
the East of England Ambulance Service and East Anglian Air Ambulance.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
